Hema is a result driven professional with solid experience in project and property management. She has been repeatedly recognized for her outstanding performance throughout her career and is always on the go to strive for the very best result. With her comprehensive managerial background, she has exceptional attention to detail which guarantees there are no neglected issues or oversights for clients to worry. Above all, her energy and passion for Property Management ensures all works are handled in a diligent manner. Hema holds a BSc. (hons) from London Metropolitan University and Certificate IV in Building & Construction which gives her a great insight into properties and constructions.

Hailing from Malaysia, Hema has good understanding of Asians (Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippine and China) cultures, background and speaks several languages. Hema strongly believes in building a reputation for the highest standards of service and committed to maintaining this reputation.
